Maldon Promenade
Promenade Park or ‘The Prom’ as it’s known by locals, can be found in Maldon on the banks of the River Blackwater. The park dates from Edwardian times but still continues to delight families today – it boasts an ornamental lake, splash park, beach huts, adventure play, museum and more. The majestic Thames Sailing Barges which cluster around the Hythe Quay evoke the days of traditional sail – step onboard one of the vintage barges for memorable river cruise. The park is a great place to watch the activity on the river and hosts numerous events each year, with something for everyone!
Blue Boar Pub Maldon
