Set & Scene 2026: Bringing Creative Production Industries Together

Set & Scene 2026 is a new event designed to bring together professionals from film, television, theatre, live events, and immersive experiences. The one-day programme will provide a focused space for practitioners to compare approaches, share knowledge, and understand how tools, materials, and careers within the industry is evolving.

Taking place at Central Saint Martins, the event combines panel discussions, live demonstrations and networking sessions to give attendees a clear view of current industry practice and sector cross-over. Various topics include sustainable production methods, immersive design and physical set building, reflecting how many practitioners in the industry now move between screen and stage throughout their careers.

The panel programme features practitioners working from across creative production, offering perspectives on both established craft and emerging technologies. Alongside the discussions there will be live demonstrations and supplier showcases.

Careers within the Essex’s creative production industry are up by 16.5%, illustrating a strong sub-sector specialisation in this region. The Essex Film Office is proud to be sponsoring the conversation stage at Set & Scene 2026, which will feature a number of talks and conversations by industry professionals.

Set & Scene will take place 25 April 2026. See the full programme here and book your tickets at https://setandscene.london/t2/tickets
